Having extensive experience in conducting the statutory/internal audit of large revenue clients. He is responsible for coordination, planning, team leadership. Also having experience in the field of Direct and Indirect taxation, corporate laws, Tax Audit U/s. 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, bank audits and various other kinds of audits. He has experience of Merger & Acquisition and Consolidation as per Ind AS. He is actively engaged in Analysis and consultancy of GST and Ind AS. He is engaged in Preparation of Financial Statement as per IND AS ,Working on SAP (FICO Module) & Preparation of MIS reports.
